American Structurepoint Adds VP

American Structurepoint welcomes Matt Moore, PE, to its executive team as vice president. Moore will add considerable expertise in overseeing private-sector portfolio of business. He will support architecture and interiors, civil engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, planning, and economic development disciplines and serve as principal-in-charge for significant projects.

Moore brings over 26 years of experience in the A/E industry with an impressive resume of significant projects of both national and international exposure. In his most recent position, Moore managed multiple large international airport expansion projects in the middle east. His midwest engineering and project management experience includes projects at the Indianapolis International Airport; the Sydney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital complex in Indianapolis; Nucor Steel in Crawfordsville, Indiana; Steel Dynamics , Inc. in Butler, Columbia City, and Pittsboro, Indiana; Subaru in Lafayette, Indiana; Toyota Manufacturing in Princeton, Indiana; Indianapolis AWT plants, and the Ford Center arena in Evansville. Moore also is a licensed professional engineer in five states.

“While I was very fortunate to work on numerous overseas projects over the past decade, I came to realize that the community building attribute most important to me was right in my backyard all along,” Moore said. “I am both excited and humbled by the opportunity I’ve been given to collaborate with American Structurepoint staff, clients, and communities to improve quality of life throughout Indiana and the Midwest region.”
