IGC Breaks Ground on Luxury Residential Neighborhood in Chesterton

In Good Company (IGC) celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony on May 17, 2017 for their new luxury residential neighborhood, Eagle Crossing that will be located in Coffee Creek in Chesterton, Indiana. Eagle Crossing in Coffee Creek is conveniently located off of the Hwy 49 and the Indiana Toll Road (I90). It sits on 18 acres of property on the east side of Kelle Drive between Railroad Rd and Sidewalk Rd.

This neighborhood development will offer 170 apartment homes spread out over 23 “prairie style” designed buildings.  Each luxury apartment will include an attached garage, full-size washer and dryer, access controlled entryways all adjacent to Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve.  Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve features 157 acres of wetlands, woodlands, prairies, trails and amphitheater.  The Eagle Crossing neighborhood will also include clubhouse with state of the art fitness center, swimming pool and children’s play area. IGC will invest over $30 million into this project with a 2-year estimated completion time frame.
