Over 40 employers Expected at Michigan City Community Job Fair

The City of Michigan City, Economic Development Corporation Michigan City, Michigan City Chamber of Commerce, Blue Chip Casino, and the Northwest Indiana Workforce Board WorkOne offices are partnering to host the 2nd Annual Michigan City Community Job Fair on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Blue Chip Casino.

The job fair will bring together companies in manufacturing, hospitality and professional services, healthcare, retail, transportation, distribution, and logistics. Over 40 employers, universities, skilled trades, training providers, and community organizations will be in attendance to highlight job opportunities and career paths for jobseekers.

The Community Job Fair will take place in the Stardust Room at the Blue Chip Casino, 777 Blue Chip Drive in Michigan City, from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resume, dress in business attire, and to be ready for potential on-site interviews.
