Posted

Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is delighted to announce the future relocation of one of its Lafayette, Indiana branches to 201 Main Street, which will operate out of the first floor of the downtown business center. The move from 323 Columbia Street will take place in late summer of 2025 and bring full-service banking to one convenient location for Centier’s Lafayette clients.

The branch will join Centier’s existing mortgage and business banking offices within the downtown business center, bringing together all of Centier’s branch staff and service line experts. The branch’s leadership team, consisting of Branch Manager Diana Gromley, Regional Sales Manager Lisa O’Neal and Market President Timothy Schooler, will continue their support and engagement with clients and the Lafayette community.

“Centier is deeply connected to the communities in which we operate and understands the financial needs of the Lafayette community after nearly two decades operating in the market,” said Timothy Schooler, Centier Bank’s Lafayette Market President. “The all-encompassing location provides us an ideal opportunity to best tailor financial services and products for our valued clients.”

Centier Bank established its Lafayette presence in 2007 with a commercial loan production office then opened its first retail bank branch downtown in 2009. Since 2014, Centier has added four additional branches across Lafayette and West Lafayette.

“It has been a pleasure to serve the residents and businesses of Lafayette since entering the market in 2007 and growing our local footprint significantly in the last decade,” said Michael E. Schrage, Centier Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. “We are extremely proud of our recent and future growth in Central Indiana, and as we celebrate 130 years as Indiana’s largest private family-owned bank, we remain committed to uplifting Lafayette through impactful community involvement into the future.”
