Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, is pleased to welcome Joe DiNicolantonio as the bank’s Chief Retail Officer. DiNicolantonio will be succeeding Randall Shepard, who is retiring after eight years with Centier.
DiNicolantonio brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing effective business strategies, driving innovation, and fostering high-performing teams in similar roles at Simmons Bank, Atlantic Capital, and Regions Bank. Throughout his career, his passion for cultivating winning teams and driving results has left an indelible mark on the banking landscape.
With a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Florida, DiNicolantonio looks forward to guiding Centier Bank’s retail division to new heights.
