CLH, CPAs & Consultants is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Allison Leffert, Seth Bedwell, and Ashley Boyan to managerial positions with the firm.
The promotions reflect CLH’s commitment to developing talent from within and providing employees with opportunities for growth and long-term careers with the firm.

Allison Leffert has been promoted to senior manager. The move marks another milestone in a career with CLH that began with internships in 2014 and 2015 before she joined the firm full time in 2016. Over the past decade, Leffert has advanced from staff accountant to senior accountant, manager and now senior manager, with a primary focus on financial statement reporting. In her new role, Leffert oversees projects and staff within CLH’s accounting and assurance department while taking on greater responsibility for client relationships, including consulting services for business leaders.
The La Porte native said her career progression reflects the firm’s investment in its employees.
“CLH really takes the time and energy to train, develop and mentor its staff,” she said. “The firm does a really good job in staff development, and I think that shows through my career progression.”
Leffert holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS) and the American Institute of CPAs.

Seth Bedwell, also from La Porte, built his career with CLH beginning with internships in 2020 and 2021. He joined CLH full time as a staff accountant after graduating from Trine University, where he earned both his undergraduate degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting and finance. He was then promoted to senior accountant before stepping into the manager role in July. Bedwell said the promotion is especially meaningful because of the work and growth it represents.
“Sometimes it can seem so far away or so out of reach. But the years really do go by so fast,” he said. “Now, looking back, I am grateful for the opportunity.”
As a manager, Bedwell will assume increased responsibility as a mentor to team members, take a lead role with client accounts and oversee the workflow of projects from assignment to completion. He is also a member of INCPAS.

Ashley Boyan’s promotion to client service team assistant manager represents a new role within CLH and allows her to help shape its direction. The La Porte High School graduate began her career with the firm in 2018 as a front desk coordinator and steadily expanded her skills in client services and firm operations. In her new role, Boyan will assist in managing the client service team, support higher-level firm initiatives and provide support to front desk coordinators across CLH’s northwest Indiana offices.
“I am excited to sit down with our admin team members in our other offices at least once a month,” she said. “I am also excited to help our manager more to assist with the higher-level firm items, create workflows, and distribute that out to the rest of the admin team.”
Kylee Fraze Norman, CPA, and Partner at CLH, said the three promotions represent CLH’s ongoing investment in its people and the opportunities available to those who are committed to growing with the firm. “We’re excited to see Allison, Seth, and Ashley take on these new opportunities,” she said.
