Posted

The Bottleworks District announced that Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), one of the world’s largest professional services firms, plans to relocate its Indianapolis office from Monument Circle to the Bottleworks District, marking a significant move for both the company and the thriving downtown district. The new office, located in the heart of Phase II, will span 15,440 square feet and will be situated in Suite 1125, occupying a prime position between the district’s Phase I and Phase II spaces.

“We are ecstatic about our move to the vibrant Bottleworks District and our people are excited about all the amenities it has to offer,” said John Federici, Indianapolis Office Managing Partner, Ernst & Young LLP.

The Bottleworks District is quickly becoming a landmark destination for business and lifestyle in Indianapolis, with office space for Phase I and II of the project now fully leased. EY US joins a growing list of companies choosing the area for its modern amenities, historical charm and proximity to top dining, entertainment and retail options.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ernst & Young LLP to the Bottleworks District,” said Scott Prudden, Senior Vice President of leasing for the Bottleworks District. “The addition of a global firm like EY US further solidifies the district’s position as a prime destination for forward-thinking businesses in Indianapolis.”

As the roster of tenants for the now 100% leased office space between Phase I and Phase II continues to grow, the Bottleworks District has become a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, with the EY US relocation exemplifying the district’s potential for fostering business and collaboration.
