F.C. Tucker Company, Indiana’s largest independently owned real estate brokerage, based in Indianapolis, has merged its former franchise, F.C. Tucker/Lafayette with Shook Realty Group to create F.C. Tucker/Shook. This merger brings together two longstanding independently owned brokerages of 70+ experienced and knowledgeable agents under the F.C. Tucker Company umbrella.
Located at 300 N. 5th Street in Lafayette, the new F.C. Tucker/Shook is owned and operated by F.C. Tucker and provides comprehensive residential real estate services to Lafayette/West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County and the surrounding county residents. The F.C. Tucker/Lafayette and Shook Realty Group roots run deep in the community. F.C. Tucker/Lafayette was formed in July 1989 by Lou Johnson and Sandy Vaughn and has long been one of Tucker’s strongest franchise operations. Established in 1915, Shook Realty Group has been a multigenerational, family-owned brokerage invested in the community and economic development of Lafayette for 110 years.
The Shook family will retain separate ownership of Shook Property Management and Shook Commercial Real Estate and the Indianapolis-based Shook Realty Group Commercial.
