FORUM Credit Union Names Jessica Roeder VP of Fraud Strategies and Operations

Posted

FORUM Credit Union announced that Jessica Roeder has rejoined the organization as Vice President of Fraud Strategies and Operations. Jessica, who previously served FORUM from 2019 to 2024 as an Internal Auditor and Internal Audit Manager, brings more than a decade of credit union, internal controls, and fraud operations experience to the role. Her connection to credit unions started early: her mother worked at a credit union in Muncie for more than 30 years, and she spent many Monday mornings at her mom’s staff meetings before school.

In her new position, Jessica will shape FORUM’s approach to combating fraud, from identifying emerging risks to strengthening how the Credit Union responds and recovers. Working closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and other key business areas, she will use technology, analytics, and stronger controls to protect members while preserving a seamless member experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in management from IUPUI and a Master of Public Administration from Ball State University. She is also affiliated with the Indianapolis Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Kentuckiana Chapter of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jessica back to FORUM. She is a highly respected leader whose extensive experience in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and team leadership makes her a tremendous asset to our organization. Jessica's knowledge, industry expertise, and passion for protecting our members will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our fraud strategies and deliver exceptional service,” said Andrew Spirrison, Chief Member Experience Officer.
