kNot Today, founded by former NFL quarterback and coach, Frank Reich and his wife Linda to protect children from sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking, announce Zachary Myers as an official board member.

Myers is a former US Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, appointed in 2021, who brings over fourteen years of distinguished service at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and a robust background as an Assistant US Attorney in both Maryland and Indiana. With a focus on cyber and technology-facilitated crimes, Myers led numerous high-profile investigations, prosecutions, and appeals.

“Zachary’s experience as a former US Attorney provides kNot Today with a unique perspective when it comes to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are so grateful to have him join our team and we know he will be a major contributor to furthering our mission to protect children,” says Frank Reich, Head Coach of Stanford Football. Linda Reich adds, “Zach's passion for this work comes through in every conversation you have with him and we are ecstatic for him to join kNot Today's seasoned Board of Directors.”

As an experienced trial lawyer and investigator, Myers now advises diverse clients on complex civil and criminal matters at McCarter & English. He specializes in conducting internal investigations and navigating government inquiries, leveraging his extensive cybersecurity expertise as co-leader of McCarter’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy group.

During his tenure as US Attorney, Myers devised and executed a strategic plan targeting gun violence, drug trafficking, civil rights protection, and complex crimes, including cybercrime, economic offenses, and human trafficking. Notably, he chaired the Attorney General’s Advisory Subcommittee on Cyber and Intellectual Property, shaping DOJ policies on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Previously, at the DOJ’s National Security Division and other key sections, Myers collaborated extensively on international cybercrime strategies, facilitating cross-border prosecutions and enhancing global cooperation in criminal justice.

"I am honored to join kNot Today's board of directors," said Myers. "I look forward to contributing my experience to further strengthen kNot Today's position as a leader in this field."
