Indiana Real Estate Professional Earns Rare Dual National Designation

Posted

Michael Horrigan of Horrigan Land Group/Bradley Company has earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute. Horrigan is now among fewer than 20 professionals nationwide, and only one of two in Indiana, who hold both the ALC and Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designations.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Horrigan specializes in land acquisition, site selection, and industrial brokerage throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and the Midwest. In Indiana specifically, his team focuses on central and southern Indiana, stretching from the Illinois to Ohio and Kentucky state lines. Horrigan helps local landowners, developers, and businesses navigate zoning and development challenges to bring new projects and jobs to communities.

“Commercial real estate is about helping people make smart, lasting investments in their communities,” said Michael Horrigan. “Whether it’s a farmer selling land, a developer planning a new site, or a business expanding operations, I take pride in helping clients navigate complex deals with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing what’s right.”

The ALC designation recognizes advanced knowledge in land transactions, while the SIOR credential marks the highest standards in industrial and office real estate performance worldwide.

“Michael’s achievement reflects the very best of Bradley Company’s culture—expertise, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to client success,” said Chad Phillips, president and CEO of Bradley Company. “Earning both the ALC and SIOR designations demonstrates Michael’s deep understanding of the land and industrial markets, as well as his dedication to helping clients make smart, strategic investments that strengthen communities across the Midwest. This level of expertise provides him the leverage to help landowners unlock opportunities that can secure generational wealth for their families.”
