Larson-Danielson Construction has broken ground on the remodel of the Town of Chesterton's town hall and fire station.
The town hall will feature advanced audio and visual technology, expanded seating for 100, new restrooms, and a community room for gatherings and events. The fire station will include a 1,730 square foot addition with bunk rooms, new bathrooms, a training room, dedicated office spaces, upgraded living quarters, and an enhanced exercise area.
Larson-Danielson has worked on several projects for the Town of Chesterton and has also been involved in the construction and renovations of multiple first responder facilities throughout Northwest Indiana.
Construction for the remodel of Chesterton’s town hall and fire station is expected to wrap up in December.
