Masco Corporation, the parent company of Delta Faucet Company, a global brand for kitchen and bath headquartered in Indianapolis, has announced that Jill Ehnes, President of Delta Faucet, is assuming an expanded leadership role. She has been appointed as President of Delta Faucet Company and North America Plumbing.
Ehnes will continue to be a member of Masco’s Executive Committee.
Since joining the company over 20 years ago, Delta has tripled in size and is now comprised of 900 employees in Indiana, and nearly 3,000 total employees. Since assuming her title as President in 2023, Jill has led the company through a COVID home improvement boom, tariff complexities and several brand integrations, most recently Newport Brass – propelling DFC's entry into the luxury segment – and Liberty Hardware, a fellow Masco business. She's now expanding her leadership success to the North America plumbing industry.
