The Justus Companies announced the official opening of the Promenade Trails Community Building, a signature addition to its 55 & Better lifestyle community in Noblesville. The building features 151 designed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes that combine upscale finishes with maintenance-free living.
The Community Building is now open to both apartment and cottage residents and serves as the heart of the community’s wellness, social, and recreational lifestyle. The lushly landscaped courtyard — featuring a resort-style pool, grilling stations, perennial gardens, a pergola, and an outdoor TV — creates an inviting backdrop for connection and relaxation.
Inside, the lobby leads to the fireside lounge. On the third floor, the pub features floor-to-ceiling windows and an adjacent lounge with treetop and waterline views. The Life Enrichment Center, overlooking the courtyard, provides space for creative expression and ongoing engagement through classes, crafts, and community activities.
The Vista Club Room is a an event space that residents can reserve for family celebrations and gatherings. Complete with a kitchen, large island for food service, and a built-in screen for presentations, the room opens onto a covered veranda strung with market lights. The veranda overlooks the courtyard, allowing indoor-outdoor entertaining in a picturesque setting.

This milestone reflects years of collaboration and coordination with the City of Noblesville, the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, the Noblesville Fire Department, and Homeland Security, all of whom played key roles in the project’s successful completion.
