Upper Hand, Inc., the leader in cloud-based sports and fitness business solutions, announced it has relocated its national corporate headquarters as part of the company’s strategy to accommodate for current and long-term sustainable growth.
The new headquarters, located at 129 E. Market St. in the J.F. Wild Building in Indianapolis, provides the company with more than 5,000 square feet of office space to better meet the demands of its growing and collaborative workforce. Located in the heart of downtown, it’s centrally located for employees and provides easy access to amenities that will attract new talent while retaining team members.
In addition to $200,000 worth of state-of-the-art technology, the new Upper Hand headquarters showcases custom wall graphics designed in-house by Upper Hand’s creative team which highlight legendary moments in professional sports.
“We are thrilled to open our new headquarters in the heart of downtown Indy, which continues to attract some of the greatest technological thinkers as well as innovators in the Midwest and nationwide,” said Kevin MacCauley, founder and CEO of Upper Hand. “Building a strong, collaborative team has been a critical component to our incredible success. We believe our headquarters’ design and layout infectiously supports our mission to further engage, retain and attract new employees as we continue to rapidly scale our business.”
With Upper Hand’s software saving upwards of 18 hours per week in administrative work, customers have seen their businesses grow by upwards of 2,000 percent. This success has also allowed Upper Hand to incorporate its ground-breaking technology into new marketplaces.
In late 2018, Upper Hand launched a new, first-of-its-kind facility management software which gives facility managers instant access to the True Availability of all staff, events and resources from one easy-to-view platform with smart automation tools. It also launched innovative business intelligence solutions and new tools built specifically for franchises and multi-club operations, catering to the rapidly growing sports and fitness industry.
