STAR Bank welcomed Dee Lindsay and Tim Risen as Senior Commercial Bankers for the South Region, based in Indianapolis. The addition of these experienced professionals further strengthens STAR’s commitment to delivering customized commercial banking solutions across Central Indiana.

“We’re very excited to add Dee and Tim to our already well-experienced team of Commercial Bankers here in Indy,” said Tim Oliver, Regional President. “They have both been well established in the Central Indiana market for several years, and we’re really looking forward to the contributions they will make.”

In her role, Lindsay will serve businesses throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding areas, offering financial solutions to optimize capital structures and streamline cash management operations. She brings more than 16 years of commercial banking experience to STAR, including most recently serving as a commercial loan officer in specialty lending for First Financial Bank’s Food and Agribusiness division. Lindsay also held commercial banking roles at Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, where she worked extensively with treasury management and lending solutions.

Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in Business from Indiana University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Purdue University.

She also holds a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Beyond her professional experience, Lindsay has a strong record of community involvement, having served six years as Treasurer of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce and volunteering with the Boone County Community Foundation for the past three years.

Risen joins STAR with more than two decades of commercial banking experience. He will focus on commercial real estate lending, helping businesses throughout the region meet their financial goals.

Prior to STAR, Risen worked as a Commercial Loan Officer at Horizon Bank and JCBank, bringing a deep knowledge of credit, lending, and relationship management. Earlier in his career, he also served as a CPA for three and a half years. Risen earned a degree in Accounting from Indiana State University and holds both CPA and Series 66 and 7 licenses.

Risen’s community engagement includes past service as Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Monroe County. He and his family continue to raise funds for the organization through their participation in an annual golf marathon. He also supports the Salvation Army by volunteering as a bell ringer each December.
