Evansville-based Traylor Industrial Group, LLC (TIG), a leading construction and fabrication holding company comprised of five entities, announced upcoming leadership changes that mark a new chapter in the organization’s growth and continued pursuit of excellence.

Effective January 1, 2026, Denny Quinn, who has served as President of TIG since 2020, will step away from his day-to-day responsibilities as President of Traylor Industrial Group. He will retain the role of CEO of TIG, where he will support his successor and maintain his position as Chairman of the TIG Board. In his new role, Quinn will also focus on long-term strategy, key partnerships, and advancing the broader Traylor Construction Group (TCG) enterprise. Quinn previously served as Executive Vice President of Skanska USA Civil Midwest and President of Industrial Contractors, Inc.

“As CEO of TIG, my focus will shift from daily operations to driving strategic growth and positioning TIG and all TCG companies for long-term success,” said Quinn.

Josh Fryback will succeed Quinn as President of Traylor Industrial Group. Fryback currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Traylor Bros., Inc. and brings more than 20 years of operational and financial leadership experience. Fryback previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Skanska USA Civil Midwest and Chief of Staff for Skanska USA Civil.

“I’m honored to become President of Traylor Industrial Group and look forward to partnering with the leadership of the five TIG organizations. The team is built on integrity, hard work, and a shared commitment to excellence. I truly believe we are better together, and I’m inspired by the opportunity to lead alongside such a dedicated group as we continue to shape the future of our companies,” stated Fryback.

“Josh brings the leadership acumen and industry experience we need to continue to grow our operations. He is a tremendous asset to our team, our clients, and our vision for continued growth,” said Quinn.
