Goodwill Industries of Michiana has announced three new leaders for the nonprofit.
Doug Dillman has been named Chief Operating Officer. Dillman brings 42 years of retail experience from Martin’s Super Markets and most recently SpartanNash. Goodwill’s COO will oversee its retail and salvage operations, additional revenue lines and sustainability initiatives.

Shire Kuch has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Kuch joined Goodwill in May after over six years with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Northwest Indiana as CFO and Vice President of Finance and Philanthropy. He is a graduate of West Point and the University of Notre Dame.
Goodwill has also named Sara Brodzinski as Chief People Officer, overseeing its Human Resources and Mission operations. She has 32 years of experience in human resources, as well as leadership development. Brodzinski has spent the past five years at Goodwill as Chief Human Resources Officer, and recently added Missions to her role.
